Friday Evening Update for August 21, 2020

Isolated thunderstorms possible tomorrow but expect most locations will remain dry. Mostly cloudy with highs in the mid-to-upper 80s across the area. High pressure builds in from the east Sunday through the majority of next week. High temperatures remain near 90 across the area.

 

 

 

 

 

Tropical Storm Laura and Tropical Depression Fourteen are forecast to impact the Gulf Coast next week roughly making landfall roughly 24 hours apart. There is still uncertainty as to exact track and strength which will need to be monitored through the weekend. Both storms are not forecast to impact ENC at this time.
