* Forecast...The river rise slowly to near 28.7 feet early tomorrow
afternoon, and then begin falling.
* Impact...At 29.0 feet, the water treatment plant floods.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet, the north bound lane of SR1915 is impassable,
which cuts off access to emergency services to residents south of the
city.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet, the south bound lane of SR1915 is impassable.
