* At 3:45 AM Saturday the stage was 9.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Impact…At 9.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Farmlands and timberlands
adjacent to the river in Roanoke Rapids flood.

* At 4:00 AM Saturday the stage was 28.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast…The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
this evening.
* Impact…At 28.0 feet, Minor flooding begins, especially on the left
bank.

* At 3:15 AM this morning the stage was 15.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast…The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
this afternoon.
* Impact…At 15.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Flooding begins along the
Neuse riverwalk. Water nears the base of the holding tank at the
water treatment plant.
