Strong Cold Front To Bring Rain/Thunderstorms Wednesday

SPC Wednesday Severe Outlook.

Severe weather over the Gulf Coast States will progress eastward tonight and tomorrow ahead of a strong front forecast to approach the area Wednesday night. These storms will be approaching ENC tomorrow evening and into the night when we are expected to lose some instability which lowers the chance that many of these storms will be severe. Strong wind shear though will make strong gusty winds more likely with some of these storms.

The cold front will clear the coast by early Thursday morning with the bulk of the rain moving with it. The clouds will slowly begin to move out of the area leaving us with mostly sunny skies and high temperatures in the mid 60s.

I will update with any severe threat that impacts ENC.
